Country Sales Manager

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of the top global industrial automation corporation. Our client, a solution provider with innovative technology, is seeking a sales professional with at least 10 years of experience and strong management competence for the role Country Sales Manager. The job is based in Ha Noi, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

Report directly to the Regional Head of Sales, the Country Sales Manager will manage all business aspects of Vietnam markets and be a critical role in SEA region.

Job Responsibilities:

⦁ Develop business strategies for sales, marketing to achieve sales, profit target and increase the market share.

⦁ Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new clients.

⦁ Visits customer to drive sales pitch and product presentations.

⦁ Involve intensively in contract negotiation.

⦁ Monitor the team to follow the sales pipeline and process.

⦁ Coordinate and collaborate with other departments (sales, product marketing, logistics…) for smooth business operation.

⦁ Conduct the market intelligence and review monthly performance of staffs.

⦁ Recruit & coach the sales team.

⦁ Bachelor Degree in Engineering, holding MBA is a big plus. 

⦁ At least 10 years of sales experience in the automation industry with proven track records of sales performance

⦁ Excellent in team management.

⦁ Organization, communication skills and be result-driven.

⦁ Fluent in English
