Creative Design Executive

- In charge of creating ideas, concepts, key visual for trading marketing and campaigns.
- Conceptualize, develop, strategize, design and contribute, illustrations, mock ups for pitches – collaborate with brand strategy and sales teams to design and create Products
- Create new designs for T-shirts, accessories, buttons, labels, hang tags, stickers, joker tags etc.
- Develop packaging seasonal or yearly. Forecast and trend research required for packaging.
- Collaborating with working partners for strategizing the progress of creative functionalities, making relevant changes for competing with market standards, focusing on threats from the competitors, and developing the strategic plans for combating the threats
- Thorough grounding in user experience design, brand development, and digital marketing (online advertising experience a definite plus)
- Coordinate with departments for marketing objectives

- Working time: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) and Saturday morning (8:00 am to 12:00 am)

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, University degree in Marketing, Design, Communication.
- At least 2 year experiences at the same position,
- Understanding of customer experience methodology, brand management, marketing, advertising, and e-commerce.
- Good hand drawing skills
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup or Figma
- Understanding of various production procedures, computer softwares, and web designing
- Detail oriented, able to work in pressure
