Creative Director

- Ensure work is smart, impactful, and brand - centered

- Transform complex concepts into solutions that communicate with real people

- Provide creative leadership and actively work with writer/art director teams and agency experts in development and technology

- Deliver strategic communication solutions that transform complex concepts into solutions that communicate with real people and helps our clients meet their marketing and communications objectives

- Collaborate and contribute to the creative process as a leader of a creative team, and as a member of their assigned account teams

- Work with the Head of Integrated and core team on high-level creative strategy

- Direct the creative function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, and other elements support the strategic goals

- Work with the Head of Integrated on high-level concept development and execution

- Work with the Head of Integrated and other members of the creative team to develop client presentations

- Ensure that the creative function operates in an efficient, profitable manner

- Maintain consistently high standards for him/herself and others on the team

- Write and present cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign approaches internally to the Account Lead and Head of Integrated

- Ensure that art and copy work in close collaboration together

- Deliver on-time, high-quality and error-free work that gets results

- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative culture

- Train more leader to have more senior people

- Participate into company value and direction

- Good English communication skills.

- At least 7+ years experience in art and design
