Creative Graphic Designer

Part 1 – Conceptualization and Design

Join brainstorming sessions and cross-function meetings to elaborate new communication iniatives.
Conceptualize and design corporate and product related communication materials (POSM, packaging, collaterals, Facebook content, powerpoint template, corporate magazine, internal newsletter,…) to equip inter-departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Service…) with tools on timely basis.
Ensure design and supervise production of all corporate and product related communication materials are in accordance to brand identity systems to enhance company image and increase brand awareness on timely basis

Part 2 – Communication Execution

Support to propose Content Plan and manage Social Network
Update notice boards with the latest memos, newsletter, leaflets & notices at the Head Office
Conceptualize and design all Social Media Network (Facebook, Zalo, Website,…)(Always-on content, Real-time content, Mini game with GIF image,…) .
Conceptualize, design, supervise production of corporate brochure, print layouts, PR news layout.
Review all display shelves on a routine basis
Assist in setting up a presentable outlook for all prominent places such as Sales Processing & Customer Service areas etc
Be responsible for the Festive seasons decoration & New Product Launch decoration in Elken offices.
Update all display shelves with the latest & proper packaging
Conceptualize & design point-of-sale (POS) materials and visual merchandising display.
Ensure design & publication of all corporate and product related materials are in accordance to Elken’s Corporate Identity (CI)
Conceptualize and design all packagings (carton, label, sub-label) for New Product Launch.
Carry out other assigned jobs from inter-departments within stated deadlines

Part 3 – Others

Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Update all display shelves with the latest & proper packaging.
Update content of new and existing product tools per guidelines.[AL1]
Update notice boards with the latest memos, newsletter, leaflets, distributor’s recognition photos at the Head Office [AL2]
Do paperwork for relating tasks.

Experience
Minimum 2-3 years related working experience
Skills & Knowledge
Experience in video production and website production is an added advantage
Multi-tasking and able to handle design work independently as well as working as a team
Mastering Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere
Well handle graphic design work in both adaptation and new layout development
Knowledge in digital image retouching, animation, color separation & printing
