- Draw insights from in-depth heuristic evaluation of competitor products to influence product and identify strategic opportunities.
- Synthesize market data, news, and trends about the customized products industry to anticipate the needs of customers.
- Create data-driven creative ideas deliverables geared towards a range of audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Design team to bring ideas into products.
- Partner with the Marketing team to understand market reaction.

- English: equivalent 6.0 IELTS.
- Heuristic evaluation and performance data analysis.
- Creative thinker and practical mind, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Experienced in the POD industry.
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change.
