Creative Project Manager

Job Description:

• Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights


• Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission


• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies


• Reviewing or assisting in developing service proposals


• Meeting with management teams to determine needs


• Responsible for overall calendar and content coordination


• Develop briefs for local content production


• Manages content localization (for assets coming from RHQ or other subs)


• Responsible for content posting and performance tracking


• Create content for genZ


• Cooperate with Brand Team to create or follow Trends for GenZ

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.


• 3 - 4+ years agency experience or in a similar role.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency with popular content management systems.


• Experience with social media management.


• Creativity and the ability to develop original content.


• Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.


• Potential in leadership qualities.

• Salary ranges from 30M - 40M per month with allowances & bonus
