CREATIVE STRATEGIST

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We seek talented and experienced Creative Strategist to join our small but growing production team in our Ho Chi Minh office. You will work on a wide range of video projects with a Motion Graphics team based in Seoul, South Korea as well as in Vietnam.

The ideal candidate should possess understanding of Social media advertising across all platforms especially Facebook and Instagram. Excellent work ethic, ability to manage multiple projects at once and being open to client feedback is a must.

Additionally, this person will be responsible for conceptualizing, managing, and optimizing graphic assets for use across video projects. The Creative Strategist will work closely with the other members of the motion teams, other designers and project managers to see the vision of each project through to completion within the required timeline.

You will support the delivery of branded video content and templates. During the various projects, you will give insights for enhancing the storyboard, improving the narrative, and adjusting visual elements for the final video creative.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with motion graphic designers and project managers to produce video designs based on clients’ briefs and to meet deadlines for projects currently in production.

- Work closely with Project Managers to come up with storyboards and creative frameworks based on client’s given assets and requirements.

- Communicate directly with clients to manage their needs and expectations.

- Doing research to identify social media marketing trend and sharing knowledge with team members.

- Monitor platform changes and recommend strategies to help improve the video designs.

WHAT WE NEED

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Graphic design for Social media platforms

• Previous work experience in advertising/creative agency working with clients

• Ability to follow instructions and open to feedback 

• Team work or work independently when necessary

• Strong project management and good communication skills

• Must be organized in file handling/upkeep

• Be responsible and respect deadlines

• Basic English communication skills are required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe After Effects is a plus
