Credit Administration Staff (Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Tín Dụng Doanh Nghiệp – Hợp Đồng Vay/thế Chấp)

1. Preparing, storing and managing the credit documentation to ensure the credit documentation in accordance with the Vietnamese law and instructions of the Bank.
2. Following up the credit documentation, loan interest rate and loan maturity date.
3. Carrying out the procedures of loan drawdown, loan repayment, keeping track of loan principal and interest and other fees.
4. Prepare and consolidate credit reports.
5. Perform other related jobs required by supervisors, enhance teamwork cooperation, study new banking knowledge and help fresh employees.
6. Cooperate with RM team in debt collection, overdue debt processing within authorization.
7. Other duties as assigned by the Head of Operation.

- Bachelor Degree, with major in Banking & Finance, Marketing Management, Business Administration or Business relating degree is an advantage.
- Two year working experiences, banking experience is a plus.
- Good communication & computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Good command of English both speaking & writing; have Chinese ability is a plus.
- Good problem solving skills, executive power and teamwork spirit.
- Good effective time management skills.
- Honest, meticulous, careful, accurate, good ethics.
