Credit Analytic Deputy Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
TASK ACHIEVEMENT / NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

Monitor and evaluate the performance of new policy/product changed/launch.
Cooperate with Policy team for system setup/UAT testing for new credit policies to ensure properly execution.
Analyze credit portfolio performance for enhancing credit policy.
Prepare frequent (daily, weekly, monthly…) or ad-hoc analytic reports on credit performance of various products and segments, to give input to issue, review, and revise the credit policies.
Provide reports and analytics on Portfolio Quality Review (PQR).
Conduct due diligent, contracting, service integration & testing with external parties (NICE, VMG, TRUSTING SOCIAL, PCB…) to seek chances of improving risk control, automating & enhancing lending process.

JOB REQUIREMENT / YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION / GIÁO DỤC, BẰNG CẤP :

- Bachelor&039;s degree or above and majoring in Statistics/Math, Computer Science, MIS.

EXPERIENCE / KINH NGHIỆM :

- More than 4 years of working experience in Consumer Finance industry, with good knowledge in Risk Analytics.

- Have experience in using the analytical tools such as: Excel, SAS, Oracle… applied for Consumer Finance industry.

INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS / TÍNH CÁCH CÁ NHÂN :

- Creative.

- Strong legal sense.

- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic in detail of data and numbers

COMMUNICATION / KỸ NĂNG GIAO TIẾP

- Strong communication and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly-changing environment.

LANGUAGES, COMPUTERS, ETC... / KỸ NĂNG NGOẠI NGỮ, VI TÍNH,…

- Good at risk analytics and making presentations.

- Good English writing skill.

OTHER SKILLS / KỸ NĂNG KHÁC

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business strategies and see developing trends.
- Good at visualizing MIS/ dashboard and strong in numbers;
