CRM Assistant

· Support CRM Supervisor to tracking and exporting of customers on CRM-mobile app CMS (content management system) dashboard on monthly report.

· Support CRM Supervisor to access data of Wi-Fi performance on Wi-Fi Marketing cloud system for weekly & monthly report.

· Support CRM Manager to deliver CRM channels direct mail with Email Marketing, SMS and push mobile app notification for loyalty customer incentive campaigns in monthly.

· Support CRM supervisor to work with Wi-Fi MKT Partners under SOP for Wi-Fi advertising income cross check and payment procedure.

· Support CRM Supervisor to work closely between internal team and Wi-Fi MKT Partners to run all of Wi-Fi MKT activities in monthly with Customer Survey & CK’s product promoting and promotion campaign at stores.

· Align with internal team for Wi-Fi Marketing Router (Access Point) setting up and install at NSO and transfer.

· Contribute to the customer loyalty campaign in monthly with quality processes and procedures.

· Responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing all CRM activities

· Work under multiple tasks follow by Manager’s requirement.

• Strong background in degree ideally from the Marketing or related degree
• Ability to be creative and work with multiple tasks.
• Strong ability to manage a working timeline.
• Positive thinking, spirit of learning, can do attitude and high level of integrity.
• Good at Ms Excel, PPT, data analytical skills that is requirement.   
• Have a knowledge in marketing high-tech with business point of view that would be a plus. 
• Great communications skills, written and verbal in both Vietnamese & English
• Foresight to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internally and externally
