CRM Deputy Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related fields;
• Above 3 years of experience in customer services, priority in automotive field;
• Have knowledge of market trends, customer psychology, marketing.
• Have ability to communicate, persuade & understand customer psychology, synthesis and analysis of customer data and reports.
• Have effective work management skills; Training skills; Interaction skills; Ability to work independently and teamwork.
• Have effective planning, organization and management skills.
• Show strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary;
• Have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets… processing;
• Have effective oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills;
• Have a good command of English.
