C&S Executive (PMCM)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Supervise the construction units and contractors performing construction works and infrastructure to ensure that the company's projects are executed on schedule and in accordance with quality according to design documents and standards.
-Implement regulations, processes, reporting systems to ensure that the executing units and contractors comply with and report accurately and promptly to capture, coordinate and solve problems fast.
-Manage and maintain the document control system to ensure that the design documents, legal documents and construction standards related to the project works are fully archived and updated
KRA:
-Strictly control and manage construction costs to ensure that the project construction budget is used efficiently and reasonably within the approved budget.
Carry out maintenance and warranty projects periodically or when incurred to ensure the quality of the company's project works.
-Join the council for pre-acceptance test, technical pre-acceptance test, pre-acceptance test of construction completion and hand-over test to ensure that works and technical infrastructures are put into use in accordance with the quality, design and schedule and the company's investment rate.

Qualification and Experience
1.Qualification:
oGraduated from University, major in project engineering.
2.Working Experience:
oAt least 3 year experience at the same position.
oExperience in real estate is preferable.
3. Functional Competency
-Time management, work planning skills.
-Teamwork skill
-The ability to handle situations in a flexible and responsive manner
-Good calculation and analytical skills.
