CSR Manager (Urgent)

Our Client is a FDI company in Vietnam. They would like to find CSR Manager who will take responsibility for monitoring the CSR performance. Supporting the CSR system&039;s continual improvement, meeting customer expectations, and identifying and mitigating any CSR risk. To lead and build the local CSR team, as well as cooperate with factories and customer representative.
Job Description:
• To serve as a knowledge leader and expert in the field of CSR in Vietnam;
• CSR risk monitoring and alerts are provided, as well as professional consulting and assistance.
• Assist in the development of a local CSR team;
• Crisis management and CSR project management;
• Conduct an impartial CSR audit with a professional report, provide support, and track progress;
• Work linked to CSR, the environment, and sustainability that has been allocated by the department.
• Customer and external stakeholder facilitation and coordination
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and factories.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent English written and verbal skills;
• At least basic environment and sustainability concept.
• University graduation or above
• Good knowledge of Better Work, SLCP;
• At least 5 years CSR work experience, preferably in garment industry;
• Trained or certified by ISO45001, SA8000, BSCI, WRAP or related is a plus.
• Be familiar with hot CSR topics as Forced Labor, Modern Slavery, Sexual Harassment, Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Women Empowerment, Workers Engagement, etc.;
• Good occupational health and safety knowledge is a must;
