Custom Clearance Specialist

- Assist the manager with customer queries or complaints handling as directed;
- Control payments
- Develop more business from existing customers
- Contact shippers to get information & get approval from oversea for all shipment of assigned Customer or vice versa, handling until cargo arrives at destination
- Solve problems in customs clearance & transportation;
- Make weekly, monthly reports and others as required;
- Support sales team, BD team to consult customer;
- Ensure communication and negotiation with customs for trouble case;
- Consult and share customs clearance procedures, import-export tax & duties; regulation in import-export field;

- Excellent customer service skills Customer-oriented minded
- Minimum 1 years of experience in forwarding/ logistics companies in Customer Service or any position with working with clients.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective English communication (written and verbal)
- Sharp minded, fast learning
- Bachelors in ForeignTrade/ Economics or related fields
- Good MS Office
