Customer Care

•Raising quotations or and sale contracts
•Follow up all of the sales contract process
•Follow up and remind customer payments
•Input sales information into internal system
•Manage internal database
•Handling customer requests via email and emailing newsletters to potential customers.
•Chasing sales quotes
•Maintaining good customer relations
•Maintaining client records
•Other relevant tasks

*** Education:
•Bachelor degree in business administration or foreign trade.
•1 year experience in the sales support/sales admin/sales analysis
*** Skills:
•Customer service or client management.
•Being proactive and flexible.
•Meeting deadlines.
•Communication.
•Being courteous and professional.
•Must be able to use English fluently and effectively.
•being able to use office software.
