Customer Care Supervisor

Monitoring and supervising staff to ensure that operation work flow and standard operating procedures are implemented and carried out efficiently.
Staff scheduling smartly for efficiency in which communications regarding assignments and chains of command must be clearly stated.
Responding and handling promptly to any customer’s requests for service and/or complaints in a friendly effective manner.
To manage customer service operations which includes patient registration, telephone services, medical records, casher, and night shift audit, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize clinic’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Performing any other jobs related to duties and tasks as assigned.
Developing (training and motivating) staff within department to establish and maintain a productive working environment for Company.
Co-ordinating with related department regarding work assigned or joint marketing programs/ promotions.
Adhering a professional image at all times for staff through supervision and training to ensure that policies and procedures and complied with the highest standard of service. The duty includes compilation and review daily reports, logs and lists, and billings and revenues reports as well.

Possess good managerial and leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills and good judgment.
At least 3 years of working experience in customer relations in hospital/hotel
Have good command in both Vietnamese and English language (Written and spoken)
Bachelor of Hotel Management or Marketing or Business Administration
