JOB DESCRIPTION

Organize and manage classes.
Weekly report to managers or urgent inform if necessary.
Regularly take care of students and ask for parents’ feedbacks.
Ensure Center’s re-enrollment rate as Line Manager requires.
Implement other tasks as CM/CS requires.
Regular monitor students progress.
Receive and respond to complaints from parents and students.
Collaborate with other team members to conduct Center’s tasks.
Monitor and support teaching staff.
Participate in Center’s events.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree
Be able to work in a team
Computer and office skills
Good customer care skill
One year experience in service quality and customers care
Understanding on customer needs.
Good English communication (Listening skill)
Good communication and problem-solving skill
