Customer Experience Manager

• Be responsible for building and developing customer experience (individual & corporate customers) for the company including

(1 Building Standard Company Customer Service

(2) Building & Enhancing Customer experience in sales channels (store, online, fanpage, app ...)

(3) Building The company's loyalty program (shopping customers, corporate customers)

(4) Building Standard customer service behavior for company staffs, especially training sales staff...

(5) Develop a process for receiving and responding to customer information including handling customer complaints.

• Develop annual budget for Customer Experience Service

• Inspire and work closely with other departments in implementing Customer Experience Services.

• English good in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading & writing)

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with experience in implementing the company's loyalty program & application.

• Have good presentation and coaching skills.

• Have a high sense of responsibility, patience and hard work to learn.

• Dynamic and creative.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Salary: up to 25M
