Customer/ Marketing/ Sales Support (Up To 1000 USD)

We are developing tech business as mobile charger IoT and looking for a customer/marketing/sales support person who will boost our business.
Customer Support & Success role includes:
- Technical support to customers by phone, email, Zalo, or messenger.
- Customer success to increase repeat rate & satisfaction via app analytics, design, or merchandising.
Marketing Coordinator role includes:
- Plan, organize, and execute all events related to our business
- Promoting our presence.
- Social & community marketing (Facebook, Videos), Search marketing
- Offline events (workshops, exhibitions…)
Sales role includes:
- Sales list generation & management
- Sales (appointment visit & walk-in) to the shops
- Analysis & Reporting
- Other requests by CEO/Office Manager

Must Have
- English verbal communication skills with CEO and sales to clients
- Bachelor's degree (major in English, Marketing, Economy, Foreign Trade or Business Administration is preferable)
- Strong ‘customer-oriented’ mindset
- Strong sense of result oriented
- Excellent grit, spirit never to give up.
Plus to have
- IT Skills e.g. practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluence in Chinese
- Fluence in Japanese
- Have experience in customer service is preferable
- Active, motivated personality for troubleshooting, resolve conflict under pressure
SKills you can learn
- Learn marketing including SEO, advertisements, web & app analytics from marketing executives
- Learn sales from strategic planning to execution management including B2B & B2C field
- Learn soft skills from executive training: public speaking, critical thinking, and English or Japanese
- Learn IT tools and technique from global technical team
- Learn all design aspects from animation to UI/UX with our in-house designers.
- Participate in website development for major companies in the world and that is a way to enrich your CV.
