Customer Relationship Management Officer

Job Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship management provide functions of Order processing, Shipment arrangement and Delivery performance measure
To closely monitor the order status and maintain up- to- date information in system
To prepare order analysis reports and order performance reports for management review
Coordinate cross- functionally with Engineering, Material Planning and Production Teams to execute new enquiry and project
To handle customer’s complaint in a professional way
To arrange import/export shipment and prepare shipping document and invoice
To identify customer’s specific needs and escalate their concerns to related departments, provide best service to customers
To process customer’s order and forecast efficiently and accurately
Assist in ad- hoc duties as required
To arrange shipping plan to related departments
To work closely with customer / planner / logistics colleagues to ensure delivery on time

Qualifications:
1.Degree /Diploma or above in any discipline with 3 years in sales co-ordination or customer service role which at least 2 years preferably to be gained in electronics industry
2.Have knowledge in handling shipping documents
3.Have knowledge of ISO application and implementation
4.Strong in problem solving
5.Proactive working attitude, mature, independent, details-oriented and self-motivated
6.Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
7.Good time management skills and PC literacy on Microsoft Office applications and order process system
8.Writing & speaking fluent English is preferred;
9.Station in Hai Duong-Vietnam and able to travel to overseas if required.
