Customer Service

Purchase Order (PO) follow up.
• Provide info. to Accounting dept. for proforma invoice issuing if necessary.
• Handle enquiry from customer via E-mail / Phone. (Such as order status, delivery schedule, product information, payment issue, etc.)
• Work with product development Team, purchasing team, and internal in-house production team to arrange production and ensure on time goods delivery
• Negotiate with customer for problem solving (e.g. production lead time communication, minimize Company’s loss for claim issue etc.)
• Clarify and verify all the PO info. during order entry stage
• Provide proper shipping method recommendations to customer when necessary
• Confirm receipt of customer’s orders. Provide excellent customer service to gain new customers and maintain existing customers
• Work with accounting team and customer for chasing customer’s long outstanding payment.

• Open orders and non-shipped goods checking
• Co-ordinate between customers / vendors and internal production team or purchasing team for order fulfillment.
• Work with Accounting Team and Logistics team to arrange goods delivery
• Communicate with other departments for problem solving
• Systems maintenance and problem solving

- Have experience at least 2 years prefer in Printing or Relevant
- University or Colleges Degree
- English communication ( writing and speaking)
