Customer Service - Account Manager (Base In Quy Nhơn)

§ Be responsible to control the sale invoices
§ Build and conduct customer survey to improve the company service
§ Update quality records and client requirements and ensure all requirements are communicated to all vendors/factories.
§ Build and retain good relationship with customer
§ Be in charge of all information of Order/customer uploaded into public shared folder.
§ Be responsible to handle all solutions and ensure all customers satisfy
§ Co-operate to Procurement team to get updated final price in system
§ Manage all orders assigned and follow up to ensure all updated information accurately and on time.
§ Co-operate to Procurement Team and make decision to place orders to Factories and ensure all orders can meet customer’s deadline/requirements
§ Build and manage the customer database system
§ Manage and check all invoicing & credit to ensure all payment correctly and in a timely manner.
§ Ensure production and delivery updated to customer in a timely manner and accurately.

§ Strong in Negotiation Skill, Time-Management Skill
§ Fluency in both verbal and written English and English
§ Knowledge of Production costing, Outdoor Furniture (Wood/Textile/Cushion)
§ University/College Degree in Import/Export, Business administration…
§ Good at Microsoft Office software
§ At least 03 years of experience
