Customer Service Agent Cum QA (Bpo)

Customer service
- Address customers’ issue and resolve it following SOP.
- Daily update ongoing issues, trends, initiate solutions and report to line manager.
- Timely receive and answer questions and complaints of customers via different channels: calls/emails/chats, in accurate manner and professional level.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer related issues.
- Make periodical reports on assigned professional tasks.
Quality assurance
- Refresh training to improve CS agent.
- Weekly QA call logs, CS tickets to ensure team quality, give timely feedback and solution.

-Graduating from college or higher.

-At least 03 years of experience in customer service or customer care (experience in Logistics services is an advantage)

-01-year experience in Quality assurance for CS team.

-Clear, friendly voice, no lisp, stuttering

-Effective negotiation and persuasion skills

-Analytical and problem-solving skills

-Advanced English level, especially in reading and writing.

-Eager to learn and be responsible for assigned tasks.

-LIM3 office

-Working time: Mon – Sun (off 2 days/week). Two shifts: 8:00 – 17:00; 9:00 – 18:00.

-Contract duration: every 6 months / with Mat Bao BPO

-Salary: 13mil gross
