Customer Service Associate

Supporting the marketing and PR activities, events or campaign, etc...
Developing new business opportunities and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target.
Managing in and out bound calls from users, drivers & clients inquiries, complaints, orders follow up, all sales and marketing matters.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Good team player and responsible.
Assertive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive, outgoing and customer-oriented.
Fluent in Vietnamese, proficiency in English a plus
Immediately available is highly preferred.
