Customer Service (Can speak Italian is An Advantage)

*** Job summary:
To be the customer’s window and handle relating issue in order to meet customer request
*** Main responsibilities and duties:
- Do export documents, invoice & packing list.
- Update order in the NAV system, and compare the increase and decrease of orders in MRP periods.
- Receive orders from domestic and foreign customers.
- Confirm the order status with the customer. Contact and negotiate with customer in anticipation of the actual situation of the company.
- Make shipment procedures for goods and notify customers the delivery.
- Issue and follow the shipment plan base on customer’s order and actual production situation of Company.
- Check other’s department ability to meet customer’s requirement.
*** Reports:
- Weekly sales forecast reports based on customer orders,
- Other report requested by direct manager
- Make report on delivery situation, backlog order follow-up, estimate backlog orders can be solved.

- Graduated from College / University in economics, Finance, accounting, business administration and other related fields.
- ERP software understanding: Navision, SAP…
- English proficiency, can speak Italian is an advantage.
- Have good skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving, team player and hard working.
- At least 1 year experience in planning at manufacturing.
