Key Objective of Role
This role is responsible for supporting Sales and Project team for all projects that are carried out in accordance to project specification, meeting the contract schedules within the budget and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
• Support sales to finalize when project confirmed, technical information and anticipate the schedule and execution plan
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan, take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform quality control on the delivery of materials and report any material delivery at site if found non-compliance
• Achieve excellence customer service
• Coordinate to all internal functions to support site /project managers. These internal functions include sales, design engineers, detailers, production planning executive, operations team, procurement, logistic, finance
• Support Site Management Team during the Erection Stage of the Project and to provide any assistance if required
• Prepare payment claims to customers and follow up with payment collections in a timely manner
• Take care NCR report and work closely with other functions for all pending actions to fix NCR within deadlines. Make sure all customer complaint feedbacks be available within agreed timelines.
• Receive, review Contract from Sales and understand the scope of work, material specification, delivery terms, credit terms
• Responsible for planning detailed schedules including design approval, shop drawings, material procurement, production, and delivery to meet project requirements
Report:
• Monthly cost and margin report/analysis
• Weekly Project Fulfillment monitor and update
• Weekly project cash flow and un-committed costs master report.
• Non-Conformance Report
• Daily material forecast report
