Customer Service Executive - Oversea Work

Ensures that basic CS functions are performed
Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
 Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone
Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions.

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English and Vietnamese
Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
