Customer Service Executive - Shopping Centre

Compile Weekly Report and other relevant record/ report as required by Head of CS;
Support tenants in all operation activities: register operation forms like parking registration/ overtime registration/ movement application form, etc;
Cooperate with Duty team to supervise the vendors;
Any further tasks necessary for the smooth operations and customer service of the building assigned by Head of CS;
Overall review the defects in Shopping Centre and work with related team to fix/repair;
Maintain building administration record, update & filing systematically;
Responsible to deliver invoices/debit notes/ reminders of payment to tenants;
Review all maintenance/activities plan and Responsible to be on behalf of IPH Management to send all the notices to tenants where required;
Be responsible to manage the work of CS to follow deadlines and report to Head of CS on time.
Warmly welcome all customers and tenants at entrance/ CS desk of Shopping Centre;

Yêu cầu công việc

University/ College degree of English/ Hospitality/ Tourism/...;
Gender: Female
At least 2 year experience working as a receptionist/ CS officer in Shopping Center, Shopping Mall (example: Aeon mall, Lotte Plaza, Vincom, etc.) (this requirement is a must);
Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese;
Be a problem solver and a team player as well as be able to work independently;
Good working experience in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Customer service oriented, interpersonal, considerate, cooperative, well organized;
