CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (Vinh Phuc Province)

General Description:
The purpose of this position is to be responsible to operate the customs operations and local transportation to ensure the delivery of best-of-class service to internal and external customers topics related to Warehousing at the Bonded Warehouse in Vinh Phuc. This candidate must have good communication and vendor management skills in order to maintain positive client relations. This candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced in dynamic environment. This candidate must be a good team player to ensure good working cooperation between the different Business units locally.
Specific Accountabilities:
· Work with vendor and support the CS team to achieve customer’s expected service level
· Ensure all commercial and contractual activities are captured and process within DBS is executed in a compliant manner
· Ensure flawless operation activity related to Supplier customer service activities
· Be capable of customs declaration and local trucking.
· Support the functions and business units and monitor their operatiion tasks to ensure legal compliance with customs and other regulations
· Deal directly with customers either by telephone, online or face to face in a timely professional manner
· Be able to train other colleagues on the SOP and communication methods
· Resolve customer service issues on-time with proper root cause analysis and corrective action plan.
· Provide and analyze operations data correctly to provide useful information for management for critical decision
· Monitor, evaluate KPI of Customs and trucking teams and keep direct manager well-informed about any failure
· Co-ordinate with CS manager/WH admin manager to issue, update & monitor SOP’s between Schenker and Customers

· Work well with MS office applications
· Able to work in a team and under time pressure
· Good spoken and written English
· Fast Response
· Able to analyze data and prepare presentations.

· Good Communication and presentation skill
2 Experience and Qualifications:
· At least two years of experience in customs declaration
· Minimum 2-year experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferably with a 3PL or Distributor
· University Degree upwards
· Experienced in transportation.
