Customer Service In Logistics/ Forwarder

- Cooperate with customers, warehouses, agents and shipping lines, other partners to handle the shipments.
- Check documents for import and export shipments in accordance with laws and regulations: tax rate, type, HS Code, specialized procedures,...
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, and update the system timely and accurate.
- Handle documentation for all shipments (export /import, air/sea freight, ...) until close file.
- Working time: From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from Monday to Saturday morning, will be registered for 2 Saturdays off for official employees.
- Problem- solving to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.
- Coordinate with clients & trucking companies to set up trucking for shipment (if any).

High responsibility at work, flexible, hardworking and always ready to learn.
Graduated from University/College in Foreign Economic Relations, International Business and some related professions.
Able to work in English (Skills of listening, speaking, answering mail). Use Microsoft office.
The spirit of effort and always trying at work.
Experience in the field: Freight forwarding/Logistics.
