About the job

Contact customers for satisfaction surveys to improve service.
Assist in the goods arrangement, delivery and management at the CS warehouse.
Update customer information and reports as required.
Support to receive and process information from customers via Hotline.
Other tasks as requested by the mentor

Requirements

Agile, proactive, responsible at work.
Good communication skill
Having the mindset of a service person.
Willing to learn to meet job demands
Experience in customer care is an advantage
