Customer Service Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Forwarding and transferring queries to relevant individuals and departments in order to solve customer&039;s concern.
Maintaining client relations from Japan and Vietnam.
Answering phone and customer enquiries mail
Replying client’s queries about product information via Facebook and Zalo platforms
Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and needs are met while using Genkin&039;s service.
Resolving products/ service issues for customers
Utilizing customer relationships to create new sales opportunities and strive to build up long-term partnerships for the company.
Identifying customer needs, handling their complaints relating to the loss or damage during the transportation.
Be proactive in collecting customer&039;s feedbacks to improve Genkin’s CRM platform as well as optimizing the service.
Ensure that all data is inputted in ERP and are up to date for customers and GM (General Manager) to track.

Academic requirements:

Have interests in developing career in Customer Service
Sophomore or fresh graduates are welcomed
