Customer Service Leader (E-Commerce)

You will working at the newest O2O e-commerce platform at Viet Nam. English – Chinese – Vietnamese spoken. You will lead customer service team and provide the best customer service to our customer.
We are looking for Customer Service Lead to join our team and provide the best service to our customer
YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
• Develop training plans for your team members.
• Monitor and improve processes to improve KPIs, customer experience, and work productivity
• Team leader experience: 2 years, team size from 5
• English or Chinese: fluently
• Experience with: e-commerce
• Proactive at solve problem, Collaborate with other groups / departments to achieve business goals
• Forecast of daily workload and peak time, plan to complete backlog but still maintain KPIs

• Work under pressure.
• Fast learning and problem solving skills for early stage start-up.
• Understanding how and the organizational model of call center system, telesales
• 2+ Years of Experience in a Customer Service Leader position in the beverage industry
• Ability to listen to understand English or Chinese, good communication.
• Experience or knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage.

• KPI bonus
