Customer Service Manager

Provide help desk resources and advice; solve problems; warnings; detect and diagnose network problems to maximize customer operational performance.
Grasp the company’s products, services and updated with the changes.
Suggest the approach to enhance self-performance and customer service quality.
Recommend strategic plans; implement, review, and complete action plans to achieve objectives in productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department.
Manage team to meet customer satisfaction and Customer service objective.
Update knowledge and take the lead in the development in customer service, identify customer service trends in different approaches such as attending meetings, courses, referring from the professional publication, connecting and maintaining networks with the clients.
Determine requirements of the clients by fieldwork, surveys, information analysis; then improving customer service quality by evaluating and changing processes.
Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions to meet customer service financial objectives.

Good organization & time management.
Professional customer service skills
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
At least 7 years of experience in Customer Service
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Both Vietnamese and English)
Strong problem-solving skill
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
