Customer Service Officer (Cần Thơ)

Responsibilities:

Participation in promotional campaigns outside of the office (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company).
Communication with drivers: registering them in a mobile application, solving current work issues;
Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips online or on the phone \ face-to-face;
Tracking the quality of the provided service.

Requirements:

Active communication skills, orientation to achieving goals;
English: at least B1-B2 level (intermediate) or higher;
Ability to quickly navigate through difficult situations and find non-standard solutions to problems;
At least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales \ Retail \ Customer Service or Product Promotion.
