Customer Service Officer (SAP)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for Sales Order Delivery processes in compliance with company’s Supply Chain strategy in order to ensure strong support for sales in goods delivery, coordinate with other departments for company Business running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receipt & solving the customer&039;s complaint relevant to order delivery including document,
Collaborate with Warehouse & Delivery team to do daily delivery
Respond to customer on Fresh_chat quickly
Follow up the cash collection of orders term COD
Follow up the order&039;s status
Receipt of orders/delivery request from commercial team, SSO, customers or Brenntag connect platform
Check & feedback to Commercial team (if any) the relevant information such as low or negative GP margin, available inventory, allocation inventory to customer or credit issue (overdue or over credit limit) to get approval before orders processing.
Proceed return order, issue credit note, debit note to customer
Enter orders receipt on SAP system & doing further step to make sure order delivery on time.

• Working experience in the chemicals industry/ distribution and logistics is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment
• Ability to operate in SAP
• 2+ years of experience Sales Delivery, Logistics, Customer Service.
• Strong work organizational skills and analytical skills
• Relevant Bachelors (Business Administration/ Foreign Trade/ Import –Export)
