Customer Service Officer – SC Vivocity Shopping Mall

Prepare daily reports;
Worked and coordinated with other teams to run smoothly day to day operation of the mall;
Provided administrative support;
Build good relationship with shoppers to give them the best service as well as smooth experience when shoppers are visiting the mall.
Managed Lost and Found Items, Child Lost, Wheelchair service...;
Providing mall concierge services which include attending to tenants and shoppers’ queries;
Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Managed incoming calls to ensure customer’s queries, and answer promptly and professional;
Provided solutions to solve customer’s issues;
Provided mall information and free services to shoppers;
Assisting in customer loyalty programs, mall redemption programs and the sale of shopping vouchers;
Assist in advertising & promotions activities such as managing mall&039;s Loyalty Program, gift redemptions, gift vouchers es and all aspects of support.
Attend to shoppers’ enquiries;

Bachelor’s degree
Good command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skills
Computer skills with proficient in software programmers including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in retail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, trouble shooting
Can-do attitude; work by heart
Able to perform shift duties including weekends and Public Holidays
Team player with ability to work independently
Good appearance

Salary from 8-12 million VND
Participating in Social Insurance equal to 100% of the salary in the labor contract.
