Customer Service - Pricing Executive

- The CS Pricing Executive must be able to identify and address the customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
- The purpose of this role is to support the Business Development Business Unit on pricing, coordinating, and communicating with Key Accounts upon an award.
- This would also include the candidate to offer cross selling into other BLA services in different phases as part of the customer retention process.
- Commercial Support Role
• Responsible for cost accuracy, performs price analysis based on price competitiveness and timeliness from vendors/ suppliers to maximize profit.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with key accounts by managing customers’ KPIs.
• Support Key/ Major Accounts on pricing RFQs or sharing information for RFIs related to logistics, marine agency and supplementary services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments within BLA network of offices to obtain information and rates.
• Participates kick-off meetings relating to mobilizations, towing and project logistics.
- Administrative Role
• Ensures that billing instructions and relevant job confirmations (through POs & SOs) are received for awarded jobs before handing over to Operations.
• Providing proactive customer outreach to offer assistance and identify on related opportunities to secure.
• Track Master Service Agreements’ validities and calls out for renewal discussions.
• Updates and maintains a library of documents and quotes for future business needs.
• Work alongside with Business Development Team in developing the pricing action & setup for new services/solutions for Key Accounts.
- Vendor Management Role
• Develops the relationships with existing vendors and establishes better performance standards.
• Identifies prospective vendors and negotiates tariff for recognized upcoming activities.

- Must have minimum 3 years’ experience related to pricing on freight forwarding, multi-modal and supply chain activities for the oil and gas sector.
- Comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Should have excellent communication, negotiation skills & meticulous.
- Possessing previous operations experience is an added advantage
