Customer Service Representative (Night shift)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in the implementation of customer service channels and solutions for dealing with customer issues.
Collect customer feedback from various sources, such as surveys.
Respond to customer requests and inquiries via emails, live chat, messages, and outbound calls as needed.
Analyze customer requirements in order to improve customer relationships and experiences.
In the system, record customer requests and follow-up actions.
Implement business process improvement solutions to ensure the efficiency of customer service operations.
Give suggestions for how to improve processes.
Determine risks associated with various approaches to business process change.
