Customer Service Representative (Vietnam Market)

A Global sport brand, a German multinational corporation, founded and headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, that designs and manufactures shoes, clothing and accessories.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring that the customer journey is personalised by providing appropriate choices making sure customer needs are at the heart of everything that you do
• Driving your own performance to achieve individual, team and business objectives
• Dealing with any customer queries or concerns in a positive and respectful manner
• Recognising appropriate opportunities to add value to the customer and the business through great conversations
• Ensuring every customer receives the highest level of customer service at all times
• Ensuring you keep up to date with all communications, processes and procedures
• Engaging and quickly building rapport with customers by listening to and understanding their needs
• Actively supporting any business change and initiatives by supporting continuous improvements to ways of working
• Taking personal ownership for your own self-development by actively seeking learning opportunities

- Must be willing to work during Public Holiday and weekend
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
- Excellent analytical, judgement, typing, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Language required: Vietnamese (Vietnam Market)
- Minimum experience of 1-2 Years
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Skills handling Live Chat and Emails
- Must be willing to work for rotational shift
***Work place: Remote site working firstly, need to required move in KL in future
