Customer Service Specialist - Reports and System Enhancement

- Testing, UAT for new products on Generali system (as GSS, LAS, GenPay, Contact Center, etc.);
- Responsible for CS enhancements on systems, reports (analyze data and making needed report related to customer service activities, customer behaviors, customer satisfaction, call center figures, staff performance, Agent deduct, RMS, CRTS, MIS and others required by senior management, etc.), update & guide new procedure, guideline;
- Effectively building and maintaining relationship with other related sections, outsiders & solve all Customer request;
- Handling requirements, complaints & issues related to CS team within the authority;
- Supporting to reach Division targets and Company objectives and performing tasks assigned by manager.

Education:
- University degree.
- Preferred in Insurance, Economics & Business Administration.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in CS/Life Operations.
Skills:
- Knowledge in computer software and using computer system;
- Good time management skill, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency;
- Proficient in English skill is priority;
- Careful, accurate and honest characteristic;
- Able to work under tight deadline and pressure;
- Good initiative and team spirit.
- Ability to identify, analyse, organise and solve issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner;
- Has initiative and drive to constantly review and enhance workflows of section to maximise operational effectiveness;
