Customer Service Staff - Customs Clearance Section

- Prepare sales contracts/proposals based on approved proposals and ensuring all external proposals are accompanied by our standard terms & conditions of carriage & credit.
- Finalize contracts/proposals after including any changes required by customer and ensuring all authorized signatories sign the final draft of the contract/proposal
- Ensure all appropriate contract records (system files and hard copy) are maintained, updated and renewals initiated well in time before the expiring of the contract/proposal
- Handle e-mail / report the issue
- Support the Customers’ request
- Compile Sales Reports for the Management on pre-defined basis.
- Any other related duties/projects assigned by the Sales Manager
- Support the Sales team in verifying the sales lead, pricing, preparing quotations and estimate for contract negotiations; supporting the negotiation process.
- Actively engage with the operations and other departments in defining and documenting standard operating procedures for specific contracts as a part of the negotiation process.

Teamwork skills/ Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm.

Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, logistics/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Logistics.
At least 01 years of experience in an equivalent position/ Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
