Customer Service Staffs

Co-ordinate with customers and colleagues to track and update shipments.
Excellent communication skills (English and Vietnamese), spoken and written
Send out Arrival notice for all shipments.
Co-ordinate with overseas/ national agencies to chase Arrival notice.
Handle and update daily working related to operation and documentation.
Solving all the matters/problems related to operation jobs: customs, freight release, pending payments other issues until close shipments.
Making documents (B/L, D/O, D/N, invoice, and other shipping documents)

C- Be good at English, must be good at reading, writing and speaking English, if can speak Chinese it will be better, but not must be.
D- Be good and careful in dealing with documents, fast-learning ability, can master the products knowledge, applications, business operations quickly.
B- Mainly work with Forwarders/ Agents
A- Get related educations or experience, at least 1-2 year of experience in a similar position

Enjoy holidays of both the Vietnamese calendar and USA

Be transferred to US for training 1 month after 1-2 years of work
