Customer Service Supervisor

*** Major areas of responsibility
1. To supervise the team:
To supervise the daily activities of the Booking – Special Accounts and special cargo group (reefers, DG and OOGs) and report to CS Manager
To follow up the performance of the team to meet KPI target for booking confirmation
To provide regular training for new and incumbent staff to ensure they are equipped with the right knowledge and skills and updated regularly on system upgrades and changes
To conduct regular audit to ensure the Team conforms to the right quality of work and standards
To drive process efficiency improvements
Schedule staff working hours to ensure good balance of workload and resources
To conduct team building activities to motivate and build good rapport among team members
2. To provide customer service
Taking care of bookings for special accounts and special cargo, including preparing and sending bookings to customers .
3. To be a Special account focal point:
Being a focal point for booking issues related to special accounts and special cargo, especially in dealing with complex booking matters .
*** KPI's:
•100% Booking confirmation in 2 hours from receipt

. 3-5 years experience in shipping line
. Experience in customer facing, bookings and related function(s),
. Familiar with SAP CRM or similar system
. Education: University graduation
. Teamwork attitude and leadership
. Fluent English speaking and writing
. Microsoft Office skill: Excel, Doc and Microsoft Outlook
