Customer Services - Enjoy Flying

- Inbound: Receive calls from customer to support information about: booking tickets, changing flight schedule…

- Outbound: Confirm information and execute follow-up customers support policy in case of cancellations or delays. Inform changes in flight schedule.

- Receive customers’ complaints and escalate to manager to solve the problem.

(***) This position is simply a channel of information to support customers, therefore, no sales target will be applied.
WORKING HOURS:

- Time: 24/7 for 6 days a week/ 365 days a year (1 day-off each week, in accordance to manager’s shift arrangement) and work shifts following:

+ Shift 5 : 10:00~18:00

+ Shift 6 : 14:00~22:00

+ Shift 4 : 09:00~17:00

+ Shift 3 : 08:00~16:00

+ Shift 1 : 06:00~14:00

+ Shift 2 : 07:00~15:00

+ Shift 7: 22:00~06:00

- Minimum one night-shift each week. Allowance for night-shift: 100,000 VND/ shift

- Clear voice, no lisp or heavy regional accents.
- Have a good attitude, be interested in interacting with customers; willing to learn new things.
- Male/Female aged from 20 to 30. No experience or physical appearance required.
- High school graduates or above.

- Salary range start at 6-7 mil VND+++/month (Vietnamse line), 7-8 mil VND +++/month (English line).
