Customer Services Supervisor

Leads and oversees activities of Customer Service Team

Responsible for handling customer order processes under CS team: key in order, delivery, tracking order fulfilment

Resolve complaints and order issues from customer, handle key accounts

Liaise with Laboratory on product technical issues, customer complaints, create new product, new customers code

Manage flow of order Stock & Rx with Thailand and local factory

Set the performance objectives for the team. Develop and administer special projects in areas that need improvement actions.

Appraise staff during performance review periods. Align development and training plan for staff. Coach and mentor key people. Recognize performance and give sanction when appropriate.

Train and coach the staff to increase volume and efficiency

Bachelor’s degree

At least 2 years working experience in similar position

Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel)

Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent phone etiquette

Good communication in English

Flexibility, initiative and good problem-solving abilities
