Recruitment information:
Working place : Dong Da District, Ha noi.
Position: Customer Service – Number : 02
Job descriptions:
• Settle complaint from customers if any for export & import shipments.
• Communicate with others office & settle if any irregularities happen during the course of transportation.
• Contact & receive booking from customers & make reservation in system.
• Monitor & update cargo status to customer from acceptance time at HAN, transit and arrival at final destination
• Prepare loading plan & co-ordinate with operation department.

Job requirements:
• Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
• Responsible, pro-active and attention to details.
• Good organizational skills.
• Hands-on PC operations including MS office.
• 1-2 years customer service experience within the industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
