They inspire and educate developers and partners to use their Network and build an ecosystem of financial applications together that is open source, seamless and interoperable.
Their global and fully remote team is constantly iterating, solving problems, and working together to empower Defi (decentralized finance) and Crypto first businesses around the world.
Their first product, their Invoicing, allows any business and organization to bill and receive payments in both traditional currencies and digital ones such as USDC, DAI, and USDT among many others on the list.
Through their suite of financial apps dedicated to crypto-first companies, they’re building a network that connects businesses around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the Product team throughout the customer lifecycle to prevent churn.
Manage conversations and documentation processes.
Team up with our Business Development team through the onboarding to ensure the successful activation of new accounts.
Hold weekly updates to provide constructive feedback.
Showcase the value of Their Finance and ensure customer happiness and engagement
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales to optimize usage, collect product feedback, and present solutions to help customers solve their challenges using their apps.

Partner with the growth team to prepare NPS content and launch plan.
REQUIREMENT

Experience with hands-on account management or customer success management in the technology or finance sectors.
