Customer Support ( Content Writer )

• Support and make report required by Supervisors/ Manager.
• Write contents and post information on Social networks
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc. Handle and resolve customer complaints

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, Good problem solving.
• Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – IELTS: 6.5+ or equivalent
• Candidates must possess Bachelor&039;s degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
• Having knowledge of Marketing, SEO is an advantage. Proven work experience as a Content Writer is a plus
