"• Receive and handle customer&039;s issues/inquiries through CRM tool
• Work with direct supervisors to report outstanding issues and proactively ask for solution/workaround
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource (QC/Dev/Product Team) and follow- up until issues have been resolved completely or a workaround is provided"
• Test and troubleshoot difficult issues to determine a solution
• Figure out solution/workaround, and guide customers through the assistance from customer support/success team to fix reported issues

"• An enthusiastic, detail oriented and proactive person who works well in a fast- paced, dynamic team environment.
• Data collection, share solutions and report facing issues to team and internal departments
• Tech- savvy is a plus. Be able to learn Tech products quickly.
• Able to work in shifts, during weekends and holidays"
• Stress tolerance
• Intermediate English skills to communicate with foreign customers directly to understand their requirements
• Ready to learn quickly e- commerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce/BigCommerce) as well as knowledge and technical skills related to the applications

Quyền lợi

"1. Salary paid by hour
Follow KPI weekly/ monthly
30K/ hour for the first month and then review up salary based on performance (35- 40K)"
From 4 hours/ day + at least 5 days/ week + can work at least 3 nightshift/ week (10pm- 2am; 0am- 4am; 4am- 8am)
